Welcome to First Grade and the 2008-09 School Year!!

My name is Mindy Curtis, first grade teacher, and I am excited to meet all of my new first grade students and their families.  I enjoyed meeting many of you at the Nims School Open House on Wednesday, August 27, 2008.   This is my fourth year teaching at Muskegon Public Schools and my second year here at Nims School.  I am married with a 2-year-old daughter.  I look forward to a great year of partnering with parents, grandparents, and families to help your children succeed and grow academically and socially.

Conferences Wednesday, November 12th and Thursday, November 13th

School a.m. only on Thursday, November 13th and Friday November 14th

PTO meetings are the first Monday of the month at 4:00 in the Nims Library

 

Curtis Specials Schedule for 2008-09

Monday-  Library 9:05-9:25

Tuesday- P.E. (gym) 8:40-9:20 (please wear or bring gym shoes)

Wednesday- Art 8:40-9:25

Thursday- no specials classes

Friday- Music 8:40-9:20 and Computer Lab 1:15-1:55
