This event wil be held at Glenside Elementary School

 in Room 112. 

Please bring the following items:

• Birth Certificate 

• Immunization Records

• Proof of Residence

• Hearing & Vision Test Results (if)

Nims Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students are housed at Glenside Elementary.
