Adult Education

 

High School Completion (HSC)

The adult high school program is designed to meet an individual's educational needs. The program is offered FREE to adult non-graduates. All books and materials are provided at NO cost. Academic advisors are available to talk with you regarding your specific requirements for graduation. Students who complete graduation requirements receive a Muskegon Public Schools Diploma.

 

Adult Basic Education (ABE)

This program is designed for anyone wanting to improve his/her reading, English, and math skills. This is a FREE program for those that qualify. All materials are provided, and computerized programs are available. Instruction can be individualized to meet students needs. Classes are held Monday through Thursday in the morning.

 

English as a Second Language (ESL)

Instruction is provided for non-English speaking persons who wish to improve their spoken or written English skills. This service is FREE for those who qualify. Classes are held Monday through Thursday, in the morning or Monday, Wednesday & Thursday in the evening.
