It's the end of the 1st marking period!  Here is what is going on in our class now.

1. SPANISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES!!!!!!!!!!!
2. OUR STUDENT IS CURRENTLY RESEARCHING A COUNTRY WHERE SPANISH IS SPOKEN.
3. THEY ARE FINDING INTERESTING FACTS REGARDING FOOD,MUSIC, DANCE AND DRESS.
4. SOME EXAMPLES ARE MEXICO, PERU, PUERTO RICO AND CUBA.
   

It's also almost the beginning of the 2nd marking period. Here is what you can expect from our class for the first few weeks.

1. We will be starting with the Spanish alfabeto/alphabet.
2. Your child will learn how to spell their name in Spanish.

3. It is important for your student to learn the alfabeto and the letter sounds in order to make progress with a new language.
